JUST IN: The Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, has directed the Katsina State Transport Authority not to increase the prices of all intra-state services by the state-owned transport authority.The Governor made this known during an emergency meeting with Katsina State Transport Authority (KTSTA). The Katsina State Governor said the measures were initiated owing to the hardship faced by residents over the removal of fuel subsidies.
